Store Tales

We've had a couple of computers in recently which have shown unusual traits. The photo for this one was great! Customer Paul G had an external hard drive he was plugging into his computer. Every time it was plugged in, the computer failed. When we plugged the hard drive in at the store, look what came up!

Analysis: Broken!

Is the battery low power?

Unfortunately, an external hard drive doesn't have a battery. It usually runs off USB, or maybe a separate power adaptor. I'm afraid this one had just outlived its usefulness.

Ah, I see what you mean. No, the motherboard battery was working fine before and after plugging the external hard drive in. This hard drive was Pooched! :)
